A deposit to be paid in advance is £200 and is non-refundable, this will secure your booking reservation.
A security deposit of £450 is also required and is paid on the day of arrival. Final payment also to be on the day of arrival, credit card payments only, please get in touch if you have any other query.
On cancellation, if any booking is cancelled 4 weeks before your rental date the deposit plus an extra 30% charge of the rate is applied. If cancelled within 2 weeks, the deposit will not be refunded.
For the use of the pool heating it is a fee of £15 per day, recommended to be used this during the winter period.
Cleaning charges apply if booking is less than 2 weeks.
