Clermont View

Clermont View is air conditioned throughout the house and is maintained throughout the year. There is only 1 level at the villa so moving around is easy and suitable for all ages of people. A minute walk from the villa is a club house, here there are games, a swimming pool, a games room, pool and TV room, all with internet access. There is a bar and an area for the children.

Bedrooms 3: two bedrooms with twin beds, 1 room with king sized bed and TV.

Bathrooms 2: an en-suite room to bedroom 1 with a sink, bath, shower and cupboard space. The twin bedrooms share another bathroom with a shower, bath, sink and toilet.

Kitchen: large oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, full cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans.

Lounge Area: leather furniture, coffee table, TV with Satellite and cable viewing, the sofa is also a bed for 2 people.

A Laundry room: is in an extension of the kitchen behind double doors, washing machine, tumble dryer, cupboards, shelves, iron and ironing equipment.

The dining area has patio doors to the pool area, a dining table with chairs and seating for up to 8. Seating for babies and very small children can be provided on request.

The pool area is a blocked oavement and is fully closed by a mesh canopy that allows sunlight to enter. Both the pool and the spa have underwater lights and can be used both day and night time. A double garage is available for storage and also for keeping your vehicle secure.
