Its just off Highway 27, and not too far from the main gates at Disneyland and from several popular golf courses. Close by there are local shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Clermont View is a good sized villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms an en-suite bathroom in with the main bedroom, a large kitchen fully equipped, a luxury dining area for 8 people, the lounge area is open spaced and is furnished with sofas and chairs. Outdoor area with a pool and spa, completely private and has its own canopy.
